Each cooking class provides an excursion into the world of cooking, where you’ll learn to cook and think like a professional chef. This isn’t a demonstration – it’s a hands-on cooking experience that lets you interact with the ingredients and do the prep work yourself. We’ll teach you the fundamentals – and subtle nuances – of professional cooking so you can boost your confidence in the kitchen considerably and celebrate the chef in you. Mirepoix cooking classes are for guests that are 18 years or older unless noted.
