Appetizer- class will begin with Flaming Saganaki with Pita- this is prepared as a demo by our Mirepoix Chefs for you to enjoy

Traditional Greek Moussaka- “Greek Lasagna”  Layered eggplant, ground beef, crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, red wine, marsala and traditional Greek spices with homemade Bechamel Sauce

Greek Lemon Potatoes-  Yukon Gold potatoes cut into thin wedges with lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.  Baked to perfection…..VEG, GF, DF

Horiatiki- Tradition Greek Salad (hold the  lettuce) English cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow pepper, grape tomatoes, red onion, evoo, garlic, oregano, Feta and Kalamata olives dressed with homemade traditional Greek dressing……VEG, GF, DF

*VEG- Vegetarian, GF- Gluten Free, DF- Dairy Free

For groups purchasing tickets separately, please list the first and last name of each person in your group and we will do our best to make sure you're assigned to the same cooking station.

Note... There are 6 people per cooking station. For groups with 6+ people we will be split into multiple cooking stations. For groups with less than 6 people there may be additional attendees at your cooking station. For large groups consider booking a private class.

Please list allergy information. We cannot guarantee anything, however we will do our best to accomodate.

Here are a few things to keep in mind for the best experience.

  • Mirepoix is designed for guests 18 years and older.
  • Our new cooking stations are designed for up to 6 guests. For groups who would like to stay at the same cooking station, please sign-up as a group reservation.
  • Reservations for 1, 2, 3, and 4 guests may be paired with other guests.
  • Each cooking station will have its own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment, and ingredients.
  • Dress comfortably and please no open-toe shoes. For hands-on classes, we will provide you with a chef’s apron and knives for your use.
  • Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package it to take home.
  • Beer and wine are available for purchase. No outside beverages are allowed, including those purchased at Holiday Market.

Cancellation Policy – Mirepoix has a 4-day cancellation policy.  You must cancel 4 days or more before your scheduled cooking class to receive a refund or move into a different cooking class.  This includes any illness.  You may send someone in your place.  If we are able to fill your spot, we will issue you a credit for a future cooking class.
